Wellness Starts Here, with Evidence-Based Therapy That Works

Reclaim your peace of mind with expert CBT and compassionate care tailored just for you.

Life feels heavy, and sometimes, your thoughts make it harder.

Anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or that stuck feeling... we get it.

You’re doing your best to hold it all together, but sometimes, the weight of it all feels too much. Whether it’s a panic attack you didn’t see coming, racing thoughts that won’t slow down, or you are just not feeling content or yourself anymore, therapy can help. You don’t have to figure this out on your own.

Feel Better with Evidence-Based Support

Real Tools, Real Results

At CBT Wellness Clinic of Ottawa, we offer personalized therapy rooted in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), shown in research to be the most effective psychotherapy approach for anxiety, depression, and more. We blend traditional CBT with modern Cognitive Therapy practices like Mindfulness, DBT, and ACT, and view evolutionary psychology and cognitive science as foundational to our approach. Our sessions are collaborative, judgment-free, and tailored just for you, because no two minds (or stories) are the same.

We begin with a 30-min Needs Assessment (virtual or in person). Our Clinic Director will carefully evaluate your needs, answer any questions you might have, and then match you to the best provider for you at our practice.

"The trouble with most therapy is that it helps you feel better. But you don't get better. You have to back it up with action, action, action."
